Country music's brightest stars are gearing up for the 58th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. Dolly Parton returns to host with first-time host Garth Brooks.
The show will air live from the Ford Center in Frisco, Texas on Thursday (May 11) at 7pm ET on The Star. ET/4 p.m. PT and will stream exclusively on Prime Video and Amazon Music's Twitch channel.
In addition to co-hosting, Parton will also perform during the show. "I'm looking forward to working with Garth because he's just a legend,
and he's one of the best people I've ever worked with," Parton told Billboard during a phone interview last week.
The country legend said she still gets stage fright. "I'm not afraid of death, but I've always been scared enough to do well because it motivates me to work hard.
It's like getting butterflies until you start and keep running." Kind of.
